Stayed at Oliver's Yard for a few days and had a fantastic time. The property is located in a quiet area but still very close to the town centre. It was spotlessly clean and had ample parking. Communication with Jason was great. The location is perfect for exploring South Cornwall and there is plenty to do in the immediate area. Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic stay at Oliver's Yard in Helston. The property was beautifully presented and very clean. I was pleasantly surprised to find everything I needed to start my break, including delicious biscuits and my favorite bottles of beer and cider. The location was also perfect, being very close to the center of town.

The value for money at Oliver's Yard was fantastic, with a cozy and tidy room that exceeded our expectations. The location was ideal, being close to the center of town yet quiet, and the staff treated us with exceptional hospitality.
The hotel breakfast menu could benefit from a wider variety of options.

Quiet location, but still close to main road for pubs, shops, etc. Great value for budget travellers with bus stops within 5 minutes' walk for easy transportation. Beautifully decorated and clean property with all the amenities you need. Excellent communication from the host, Jason, who even left a thoughtful welcome gift. Conveniently located to access St Ives and Penzance for further exploration.
Felt immediately at home, with Jason being very accommodating and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
